What are the terms and conditions of Precision Warehouse Design’s Warranty

System warranty begins when our business turns the system over to the customer for Beneficial Use or six months after equipment is delivered to site, whichever occurs first.

Remote technical support provides diagnostics and troubleshooting via dial-up, VPN, email, and phone. 

Standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM-5:00PM Central Time.

Support provided outside of the standard support hours is available at an additional cost and billed at the applicable after-hours rates as outlined in the 24/7 Technical Support rate chart.

What is included in the 6 Month Health Check After Installation?

During this health check, we will walk your facility with you and check for the following:

  • System Operation
  • System Condition with Critical Equipment Focus- current mechanical, electrical and controls
  • Safety Systems Review
  • Spare Parts List Review
  • Cleanliness Level Review

What are the Response Time Commitments for Technical Emergencies?

Support includes:
