What are typical turnaround times for ordering equipment and parts?

Most parts are available in 1 to 2 weeks. Projects can run up to 20 weeks depending on supply chain delays.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, Precision Warehouse Design is able to secure several options for third party financing for new equipment. Rates are affordable, we can discuss a quote and timeline on your warehouse design project.

Do you provide used and new material handling equipment?

We only stock and sell new equipment. We are not a used dealer, however we do buy used pallet racks.

Is equipment shipped directly to our location or distributed by your team?

For convenience to our customers, we ship equipment directly to your recently finished warehouse or while in construction.

Do you help with permitting and code compliance?

We do handle permitting requirements. For code compliance, we partner with local mechanical contractors and electricians.

Do you provide service and repair of equipment?

No, all service is only for equipment we sell.
